A unique blend of calcium citrate, malate and specially precipitated calcium carbonate selected for maximum absorption. Indications for use: Both men and women could benefit by supplementing their diet with calcium. Dosage: Calcium and Magnesium 1:1 is a supportive dietary supplement. The suggested use is 4 tablets daily, divided with meals. Calcium works best when it is consumed with a meal. People taking Calcium and Magnesium may also benefit from taking at least three tablets per day of Multi Complete Tablets or Change of Life Tablets. Always read the label. Use only as directed. This product contains a Grapefruit Extract. If you take a Statin medication you should discuss this with your health professional before taking this product.
